Reporting a Safety Concern
For behavior that violates the Community Guidelines — harassment, scams, non-consensual recording, or anything involving a person who may be under 18 — use the in-chat report tool first if you can: it links the report to the right conversation automatically. For anything you’d rather explain in writing, email us with roughly when the conversation happened and what occurred. Reports involving minors are prioritized above everything else.
Technical Issues
Most video problems trace to browser permissions — check that your browser allows camera and microphone access for this site. If the problem persists, tell us your device type, browser and what happened (a black screen, no audio, a failed match), and we’ll take it from there.
Please don’t include passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in any message to us — we will never ask for them.
